Create a custom collection for your organization and earn money with every item sold!

Toadstool Thrift & Craft partners with nonprofit organizations to create unique fundraising campaigns featuring custom-designed patterns and products. Your organization can earn $5–$10 per item sold, depending on the products selected.

 

1. Tell Us About Your Organization

Start by sharing some information about your nonprofit, including:

• Your organization’s name and mission

• The purpose of the fundraiser

• Your preferred campaign dates

• Any colors, symbols, animals, landmarks, or themes connected to your organization

• Your organization’s logo, if you would like it considered for the collection

 

2. Create Your Fundraising Design

We will work together to develop a pattern or design that represents your organization. The design might feature your organization’s colors, mission, location, mascot, animals, activities, or other meaningful images.

Before products are created, your organization will have an opportunity to review and approve the design.

 

3. Choose Your Products

Once the design is approved, your organization can choose which products to include in the fundraiser. Available options may include clothing, bags, accessories, home goods, and other printed merchandise.

The fundraising amount will be confirmed for each product before the campaign launches. Depending on the item, your nonprofit will earn $5–$10 from every qualifying item sold. Customers purchase through the Toadstool website and items ordered are mailed directly to the customer.

4. Launch the Fundraising Campaign

Toadstool Thrift & Craft will create an online collection where supporters can view and purchase the fundraising products.

Your organization will receive a direct shopping link and promotional materials that can be shared through:

• Social media

• Email newsletters

• Your website

• Flyers and QR codes

• Meetings and community events

The more your organization shares the campaign, the more opportunities your supporters will have to participate.

 

5. Supporters Place Their Orders

Customers order directly through Toadstool Thrift & Craft. Toadstool Thrift & Craft manages the online ordering process, product creation, and customer fulfillment.

Your nonprofit does not need to collect individual orders or distribute merchandise.

6. Receive Monthly Fundraising Payments

Once each month, Toadstool Thrift & Craft will calculate the qualifying sales from your organization’s collection and send a fundraising check to your nonprofit.

A sales summary can also be provided to show how many fundraising items were sold.

 

7. Keep the Fundraiser Going

Your fundraiser can remain open for a short-term campaign, a special event, an entire season, or as an ongoing fundraising opportunity.

Your organization decides how long the collection remains available. Products and designs may also be updated or expanded as the fundraiser grows.

What Your Organization Provides

To participate, your nonprofit agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the organization

• Review and approve the design and selected products

• Identify an authorized contact person

• Provide the correct organization name and mailing information for payments

• Share and promote the fundraiser with supporters

• Notify Toadstool Thrift & Craft when the campaign should end or change

• Prepare the approved products

• Create and maintain the online fundraising collection

• Provide a direct shopping link and promotional materials

• Process customer orders

• Coordinate product production and fulfillment
